Our favorite accompaniment for our wide selection of cheeses! Sweet dried fruits with a touch of spice and acidity. First we pickle golden raisins in sweet sherry vinegar with a hint of chili flakes. Then we combine the spicy raisins and a bit of their juices with dried apricots, pears, plums, figs, prunes and a touch more chile flakes.

The added acidity from the vinegar and kick from the chile flakes makes the fruit similar to a mostarda—but not nearly as strong as there is no mustard in the mix. A great addition to any cheese platter!
