Lazy Lady Farm Cheeses

Lazy Lady Farm in Vermont was founded by Laini Fondiller in 1987.  She prioritizes herd health and sustainable practices that produce delicious cheese by carefully managing  a small herd of 30 to 40 goats completely off the grid on her remote solar and wind powered farm.  During the winter months when her goats are pregnant and not producing, she sources Jersey cow's milk from neighboring Butterworks farm.

Thin Red Line: Goat's milk, ash ripened cheese with a layer of smokey pimenton running through the paste.

Bonaparte:Lactic goat's milk pyramid with an ash coated geotrichum rind. 4oz

Fool's Gold: A goat's milk round infused with saffron and with geo/penicillium rind.
