Shipping

Currently we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship boxes to multiple addresses, you will have to place separate orders or feel free to call us directly! 718-783-1250

Bklyn Larder will ship to any address in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Note that there are restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped to some states, or outside of New York State.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on urgency and the size and weight of the package. We use FedEx Ground for standard orders and FedEx for expedited delivery.

We make our best effort to ship orders on the day they are placed. Orders placed after 4:30pm EST will be shipped the following day. FedEx Ground does not ship on Saturday or Sunday, so orders placed after 4:30pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Refunds & Returns Policy

At BklynLarder.com, we strive to assure that your products and gifts arrive in pristine shape and will thrill and delight everyone who sees and/or tastes them. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will issue a complete refund on your purchase.

Should you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days to let us know that you are returning product to us and what you would like in exchange.

You may also return an item by simply logging in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
