Bell’s Brewing, Oberon Ale
American Wheat Ale, ABV 5.8%
Flavor Profile: An orange citrus with a hint of spice. Known as the color and scent of a Summer afternoon.
A wheat ale fermented with Bell’s signature house ale yeast creates a spicy hoppy flavor. The addition of wheat malt makes Oberon a classic Summer beer with a smooth mouth feel. Made with only four ingredients, without any spices or fruit, making Oberon beautifully simple and your new “any time, anywhere” beer. Pair it with a young cheddar or with our new Summer Cassoulet Salad and you’re in for a treat.
Maine Beer Company, Another One
IPA, ABV 7%
Flavor Profile: Citrus, mango, guava, and earthy pine. Hoppy and finishes dry and crisp. Distinctly floral and citrus aroma.
A beer to get your creative juices flowing, Another One makes you want exactly that: Another One. An IPA made with Cascade, Sitra, and Simcoe hops and American 2-Row, Red Wheat, and Carapils malts. It has a crisp mouthfeel and pours dark gold with a thick white head. Another One comes in a 500mL bottle, making it perfect for your next picnic with friends.
MAINE BEER COMPANY, LUNCH
IPA, ABV 7%
Flavor Profile: Orange, grapefruit, and lemon with pine and herbal undertones. Tropical notes of guava and papaya with subtle caramel and malt sweetness.
Lunch is one of our all-time favorites. Named after a whale who lives off of the coast of Maine and occasionally makes an appearance, this brew tastes like a coastal summer. Made with Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe Hops and AMerican 2-Row, Carapils, Caramel 40L, Munich 10L, and Red Wheat Malts. Lunch is incredibly fresh and citrusy, with a nice bready taste at the finish. Lunch comes in a 500mL bottle, perfect to share (or not).
Grimm Artisanal Ales, Vacay
Dry-Hopped Sour, ABV 5.3%
Flavor Profile: Notes of lemongrass, apricot, mandarin, orange flower, black peppercorn.
Brewed with fruit-forward, Neo-German and New Zealand hops like Motueka, Hallertau Blanc, and Mandarina Bavaria. “Vacay” is exactly that, a vacation from Grimm’s American hop varietals they typically use. The result? A hoppy, hazy, and tart beer that is a classic dry-hopped sour.
Grimm Artisanal Ales, Utopos
Pilsner, ABV 5.3%
Flavor Profile: Malty with notes of lime zest.
A fresh pilsner brewed with Motueka hops. It is a step-smashed brew, fermented under pressure, then spunded to naturally capture carbonation. Crisp and delightfully bitter, making it a unique pilsner to enjoy on your craft brew journey.
Kiuchi Brewery, Hitachino Nest Yuzu Lager
Lager, ABV 5.5%
Flavor Profile: Delicate citrus and yuzu flavor
The yuzu gives this lager a fresh acidity while still having a strong, crisp finish. It has a moderate pepper note followed up by the citrusy sweetness. Soft water and traditional Hitachino malty body give the Nest Yuzu Lager a nice balance, making this the perfect beer for a hot Summer evening. This lager pairs beautifully with a fried chicken sandwich our Chef is cooking up for 4th of July weekend. Chicken thigh that is brined in soy, shaoxing, hoisin, and sesame. Served with kewpie, hoisin, shredded lettuce and red onion on brioche bun. Come see us for some beer and this sandwich to celebrate the 4th right!
Millhouse Brewing, Kold One
German Style Kölsch, ABV 4.6%
Flavor Profile: Notes of pear with a dry, malty finish.
Millhouse Brewing’s take on a classic Kölsch that is thirst quenching with a Noble hop finish. It has a pilsner base malt accentuated with Vienna malt, leaving a nice crisp bitterness with a sweet grain aftertaste. Try it with our Pork Schnitzel and thank us later.
