She washes each wheel of Adelegger with a secret recipe of herb-infused wine, aging it for at least six months before its release.

Adelegger is dense, toothsome, & studded with fine crystals. Brothy notes of beef & onion stand out against a classically nutty & buttery alpine flavor profile. Pairs well with dry white wines, crisp ciders, cured beef, & dark chocolate.
