Shawn Askinosie quit his job as a lawyer to create this delicious, hand-crafted chocolate, which he makes with the help of his family in the Ozarks of Missouri. 

The main ingredient in Askinosie's white chocolate is 34% natural, non-deodorized cocoa butter. The cocoa butter is pressed in their factory, the first small-batch chocolate maker to do this. After pressing the cocoa beans to create the cocoa butter, they combine it with goat's milk powder and organic cane juice and craft it for days in their 85-year old German melanguer, making this one of the only single origin white chocolates in the world.
