Sea salt from volcanic canyons off the virgin coasts of Argentinean Patagonia. Because of its volcanic origins, these sea salt crystals are slightly flatter and larger in shape than sea salt from the Northern Hemisphere. Patagonia salt tends to have a bolder mineral flavor compared to French sea salt. Choose from classic sea salt, or salt with merkén - a smoky and savory spice excellent with seafood, savory pies and vegetables, and commonly seen in Mapuche cooking.
