Brabander Reserve




Every year Betty Koster of Holland’s L’Amuse Cheese Shop sets aside a small amount of Brabander Goat Gouda and ages it for an entire year. The aging is done in a facility that has very little climate control, like cheese rooms in the old days. This fan favorite is only available once a year. Once it’s gone, it’s gone! Don’t miss out this year on Brabander Reserve.
