Brooklyn Queen Honey is made by Margot Dorn, right here in Brooklyn. The honey comes from four hives at the Hart to Hart community garden. This garden, the foot print of three buildings, is loved by over 20 gardeners who have been kind enough to embrace the love Margot Dorn's beekeeping and hives.
Margot's bees are an experiment to see if natural processes can continue in the city. When you taste the honey you'll be able to taste the blossoms of all her gardener friends, and all the flowers from the trees and weeds of summer. It's intensely floral, complex- and you'll never be able to enjoy supermarket honey again!
