Preheat the oven to 350. Place the wrapped roll on a baking sheet and allow to come to room temp. Place in the center of the oven. Warm through for about 20 minutes, checking with a thermometer that the internal temperature reaches 160F. Remove the foil and turn up the oven to 400 to evenly brown the skin. Remove from the oven and let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
