Finger Lakes Gold




A goat’s milk cheese, aged for at least three months. Its style is similar to gouda, it’s mellow & nutty in flavor and firm in texture, with a natural rind.

Finger Lakes Gold also melts very well! Try it over potatoes, or sliced meat or on its own on a cheese board. Pairs well with jams, fruit, and cured meats.
