Classic EVOO:  As part of their Everyday Grand Crus, they bring you “La Classique”:  an all-purpose olive oil that is perfect for sautéeing, roasting, making marinades and even for frying thanks to its high smoke point. Packaged inside stylish tins, our everyday olive oil upholds the same harvesting rigors as the Grand Crus, but at a price designed for daily use. This year’s Olivais Do Sul Everyday Olive Oil is from Spain. This oil is delicate yet rich in flavor and the perfect all-purpose addition to your pantry. With notes of hazelnut butter and aromatic herbs, this oil finishes with a creamy, smooth elegance. 

Basil: Enjoy the taste of summer year-round with Olivier & Co’s best selling basil extra virgin olive oil. Made with fresh basil gathered at the height of the summer and macerated in extra virgin olive oil, this specialty olive oil is prepared according to a 16th century process handed down from generation to generation. In the winter, during the Olivades (a Provençal word for the olive harvest), fresh basil and olives are pressed together. Simple and delicious!

Chili Pepper: Fresh chili peppers from Calabria and lemons (the secret ingredient!) are crushed together with the olives to create a delicious olive oil unique to O&CO.! The heat of the chili pepper within this oil are balanced by the hint of citrus; it adds an addictive spicy flavor without overpowering your food. Drizzle simply over hot french fries for a spicy treat.

Greek: This 100% Koroneiki olive oil is produced in Greece in the Peloponnese region, famous for its rich soil & favorable climate. This olive variety produces an olive oil with a green olive fruitiness , with the olfactory sensations of green apple & cut grass. This golden olive juice hence its name 24K (as 24 carats) is characterized by its incomparable fresh & velvety taste in the palate. The Koroneiki olive brings to this typical oil the wild scents of the aromatic herbs of the Peloponnese hills.
