A velvety, bloomy rind triple cream made with organic, grass-fed Jersey cow’s milk sourced from the nearby Severy Farm. 4 oz wheel. Produced from cultured whole milk and cream, Champlain Triple is hand ladled into traditional crottin molds and aged approximately 10 days.
The cheese is earthy, mushroomy and creamy with a sharp bite of salt and a piquant finish.
