Le Fleur




Fleur du vignoble du Grand Père Fischer, otherwise known as “Le Fleur” is one of those cheeses that just take your breath away. Made in the Northeast of France at a small dairy farm in the Vosges Foothills. The rind is regularly washed while ripening for a minimum of 2 months, then covered with a special blend of flowers: cornflower, marigold, safflower, and rose. 

Texture: Semi-Hard
Milk: Cow
Region: France
