Ryan and Kristin Wagner handcraft these salamis in the Driftless Region of SW Wisconsin with real ingredients, always free of artificial additives and fillers. Driftless is always nitrate free and exclusively sources humanely-raised, heritage breed Berkshire hogs free of antibiotics and growth hormones, and locally sourced grass-fed beef, honey and maple syrup.

Elk Cacciatore - Salami made with elk and humanely-raised, heritage pork, Pinot Grigio, coriander, & mace.
Venison Salami Picante - Salami made with venison and humanely-raised, heritage pork, fennel, Pinot Noir, & red pepper.
Bison Landjaeger - Smoked & dried sausage with bison and pork, pepper, garlic and caraway. Pair with a well aged cheddar, your favorite Whiskey, or a Sangiovese wine.
