GHDD Graft Cider

Graft Cider employs century-old European traditions of using wild yeast and bacteria to ferment to dryness. They then harness the flavor profiles created from this style of natural cider and develop unique and innovative styles which take a nod from some of the best craft beer producers in the world. Field Day: Fruity, fizzy, and pours peachy pink. Light floral notes accompanied by dried fruit and natural sweetness 6.9% ABV

Green Planet:10% of profits are donated to non-profit agencies that protest and restore the Earth and its inhabitants.

  • Summer - Salt and Sand:Agave Margarita Cider with notes of tequila, lime and salt. 6.9% ABV

Native:A light-bodied and rustic series with all the quirks of natural wine.

  • Spontaneous Natural Ciderfermented exclusively with Hudson Valley fruit and fermented with native yeast and bacteria living on the apple skins. 

Shared Universe: A rotating offering resulting from a collaboration with Graft's favorite beer / wine / mead makers. Always gluten-free.

  • Long Dog - Peach Farmhouse Cider made to honor their resident cider dog, Low Ryder for his 18th birthday. Tastes like juicy cold peach, a spring breeze, lemon zest, wildflowers, hay, puppy kisses. 6.9% ABV
