Simple Kneads was created by Tristaun and Sacha LeClaire to provide a non-allergen, delicious, and nutritious bread that their two-year-old son, struggling with food allergies, could enjoy with the rest of the family.

  • Sourdough: Naturally cultured, 100% plant-based, made without dairy, milk, eggs, or honey. Made with five powerful, whole ancient grains: buckwheat, quinoa, millet, sorghum and teff. Net Wt. Each loaf comes frozen and pre-sliced.  Freeze at home for up to 6 months.  For best results, defrost by toasting twice, one slice at a time.
