We're lucky to be located so close to so many Brooklyn institutions, like the Brooklyn Museum, the Barclays Center, and, of course, Prospect Park. With the first hint of summer, BKLYN Larder gets flooded with local Brooklynites picking up cheeses, salami, and other provisions on their way to rush to Prospect Park. We've become so well-versed in the art of constructing the perfect Brooklyn Picnic- from cheese & meat to chips & dessert, that we've decided to put it into one package (including our large, canvas tote) for everyone to indulge in- even if you don't live near Prospect Park.  Your tote contains: 

-BKLYN Larder Canvas Tote: For the Larder Lover! A canvas tote that's large enough for all your farmer's market produce, cheeses, and fresh baguettes. Flat-bottomed fore extra room. 

-One package of Brooklyn Cured SalamiBeef Salami is inspired by the history and culture of New York City delis. It's naturally smoked and seasoned with our favorite deli spices. Pre-sliced for easy snacking. 

-One package of Casella Proscuitto: Casella's uses only rare-breed heritage pigs. Their slow, on-the-bone curing process follows the standards of the Italian prosciutto consortia and produces consistently gorgeous results. The meat is juicy, marbled, delicate and nutty. Pre-sliced for easy snacking. 

-Manchego 1605: A quarter pound of raw Sheep's milk Manchego from La Mancha, Spain. It’s grassy and nutty with just the right amount of salt that keeps you coming back for more.

-Prairie BreezeA quarter of a pound of four time blue ribbon winner sweet and crystal-y cheddar from Milton Creamery in Iowa. 

-BRINS Chili Pepper jamSpicy chili peppers are cooked down in a bath of apple cider vinegar, ginger root,  garlic and a touch of lime juice. Perfect with slice of salty Manchego! 

-One box of Castleton Rosemary crackers: Aromatic rosemary gets combined with the crunchiness of cornmeal, then enhanced with a sprinkling of sea salt.

-One bag of BKLYN Larder CrostiniOur best selling cracker of all time! We thinly slice baguettes sourced from artisan bakeries throughout New York, drizzle with imported Italian Olive Oil and sprinkle with Trapani Sea Salt. 

-Maille Cornichons: Antoine Maille opened his first store in Paris in 1747, selling high quality mustards and vinegars. He quickly became the official supplier to the King of France, the Imperial Magesties of Austria and Hungary, and the Empress of Russia, and the company's recipes remain the same to this day.

-One large bag of Spicy Bjorn QuornThis variant on Bjorn Qorn's cult-Classic flavor adds a swift kick in the pants. 'The Spice' isn't overwhelming, but deliciously biting. 

-One large bag of North Fork potato chips: Thick-cut potatoes, kettle-cooked, and made only using real sunflower oil and salt. Nothing else! 

-One bag of BKLYN Larder Lemon Shortbread cookies: Made with cornmeal from Lancaster Farms and fresh eggs from Paisanos Meat Market, and a hint of lemon. We bake fresh house-made lemon curd into the middle of the cookie for extra zing and sweetness.  

-One bag of BKLYN Larder Chocolate Shortbread cookiesRich, freshly ground 68% dark chocolate gets folded into a classic, crumbly shortbread-style cookie. We cream together the best sugar, cocoa powder, and of course, butter. Add the perfect-sized granules of dark chocolate so that they melt perfectly throughout the cookies and then top with just a hint of Maldon Sea Salt.

-One Fruition Hudson Valley Bourbon Dark Milk Chocolate barRoasted cocoa nibs aged with Tuthilltown Spirits bourbon barrel staves and Hudson Baby Bourbon are then crafted into a creamy dark milk chocolate with hints of oak and bourbon. Winner of the 2015 Northwest Chocolate Festival (1st place), 2015 and 2016 International Chocolate Awards (World Silver), 2017 Good Food Awards.
