Order online at least 15 minutes prior to your desired pickup time. Delivery now requires $40 minimum and we may not be able to honor exact delivery times, even though the site will have you select one. Please let us know of any time conflicts in your order comments.

Reheating Instructions 

Brine Roast Chicken:

Preheat the oven to 375 
Cook 15-20 minutes for a half, 20-30 minutes for a whole bird or until heated through or enjoy cold!

 

Frozen Schnitzel:

In a large saute pan, heat at least 1 cup oil over medium flame until shimmering.

Gently place schnitzel in oil.

Brown, flip and continue cooking until brown on both sides

Internal temp should be 165 F.

 

Bratwurst:

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan on medium heat.

Brown brats, flip once until heated through,  approx 6-8 minutes. 

Or Grill on medium/high heat if you are lucky enough to have a grill in NYC!

 

Spaetzle:

Heat a large pat of butter in a pan on medium heat until bubbly.  Saute spaetzle until warm and lightly browned about 6 minutes.

Add herbs to taste.

 

Meatballs/ Tomato Sauce/ Ragu:

Heat over medium/low heat for about five minutes.  

Stir to prevent sticking on the bottom. 

 

BBQ Pulled Pork or BBQ Jackfruit:

Put in Sauteé pan

Heat on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until heated completely

 

Frozen Beef and Blue:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

Put frozen pot pie in the oven for 45-60 minutes. 

Check at 45 minutes. Heat until hot in the center

 

Frozen Meatloaf:

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. 

Preheat the oven to 375.

Roast for 45 minutes until internal temp is 165F.

Turn the oven up to 425 at the end for browning.

 

Frozen Lasagna:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 

Put frozen lasagna in the oven for 45-60 minutes. 

Check at 45 minutes. Heat until hot in the center

 

Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 

Put meatloaf in the oven for 30-40 minutes. 

Check at 30 minutes. Heat until hot in the center 

Put Mashed potatoes in a sautee pan over medium heat

Stirring regularly, heat until warmed through

 **add cream or butter if needed***

 

Chicken Pot Pie:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 

Put pot pie in the oven for 30-40 minutes. 

Check at 30 minutes. Heat until hot in the center 

 

Frozen Breakfast Sausage:

Allow Sausage to thaw

Put a tablespoon of oil in a saute pan over medium heat.

Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring to brown on all sides or until heated all the way through

 

 

Salmon en Croute:
**Salmon is raw and frozen, should be cooked from frozen**

 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

 Put frozen salmon in the oven for 45-60 minutes. 

 Check at 45 minutes. Heat until hot in the center 

 

 

Pastry

Frozen Croissants:

Take desired amounts of frozen Croissants from the freezer and lay on a parchment lined tray about 2 inches apart from each other. 

Cover in plastic wrap and let thaw overnight in the fridge. 

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Egg wash if desired. 

Bake croissants for 15 minutes

 

Frozen Cheese Twists: 

Remove the desired amount of twists from the freezer and lay on a parchment lined tray 1inch apart. 

 Cover with plastic wrap and let thaw for 2 hours. 

 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 

 Bake for 20-25 minutes

 

Frozen Ginger/ Peanut Cookies:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

Remove cookie dough balls from the freezer and place on a parchment lined sheet 3 inches apart. 

Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool before eating

 

Frozen Biscotti:

Remove log from the freezer and place on a parchment lined tray.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 

Bake biscotti log for 20 minutes, cool completely. 

Slice log widthwise into 1 inch slices. Arrange the slices standing up (not flat on their side). Bake slices for another 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.

 

Frozen Shortbread Cookies:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 

With a knife cut 1inch thick slices. 

Place on a parchment lined sheet tray 1/2inch apart (they don't spread much). 

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until just brown around the edges, turning halfway through

 

Frozen Chocolate Macaroons:

Preheat the oven to 325. 

Remove macaroons from the freezer 

Place on a parchment lined sheet tray, 1/4 inch part. 

Bake for 20 minutes, turn halfway through. 

**Should be eaten completely cooled**
