Produced in very small batches, under 40 liters each, this particular flavor is made from fresh Trentino apples that are reduced and acidified, for a balanced sweet-tang.
- 1 BKLYN Larder Olive Oil Cake: A tangy cake infused with lemon and orange zest and Arbequina olive oil (instead of butter).Glazed with a classic mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice. The result is a light, extremely moist cake with the sweet finish of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
