Tubby is the ultimate New Yorker cheese! Named after the architect William Tubby who was one of Brooklyn's most prominent architects in the 19th century; this alpine style cheese from Spring Brook Farms is aged in Crown Finish Caves. 


This cheese is brothy and bright with a rind that tastes like nutty peanut butter. It smells like a fruity pina colada and pairs well with a brown ale.
