Alta Langa started making farm fresh cheeses in 1880 and continues to bring us cheeses that represent the unique terroir of the Italian Piedmont through homeade natural cultures.  If you like La Tur, you'll  love this little button of the same Sheep, Goat and Cow's milk triple cream with a soft thin edible rind and buttery, grassy tang.
