SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Local Pick-up, Local Delivery and National Shipping during checkout on our website. Our Shipping policy applies to Shipping orders only and not Local Delivery.

Your order will ship via FedEx Two Day or FedEx Ground. Perishable items including chocolate in the warmer months are sent with ice packs.

Online shipping orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently there is a flat rate fee of $25 for all shipping orders. Cheese Club ship for free. If a gift basket is included in your order, your entire order will ship for free if the items fit in one box.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. We ship to every state in the U.S. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please contact mailorder@bklynlarder.com for international shipping options and rates.

Fedex Home, Ground, Express and Overnight. Local Messenger Delivery.

We want you to receive the highest quality and freshest products possible. Our shipping rates are designed to get you your cheese, meat and other perishable items within one to two days of being shipped from us.

Our hardworking fulfillment team makes every effort to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Individual orders placed Monday through Thursday are filled within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Mondays. We fulfill orders the same day we receive them whenever possible. Fulfillment timelines are subject to delay if we need to get in touch about address clarification, substitutes or if orders include cold shipping and the chosen delivery option will not guarantee a 2-day arrival.

Care and handling of your order is extremely important to us. We ship perishable items with ice packs to keep products cool for up to three days. It is natural for ice packs to thaw during shipping. When you unpack your order, place it in your refrigerator until ready to serve.

We offer Local Pick-up, Local Delivery and National Shipping during checkout on our website, however, not all of our items are available for Shipping. Some items such as prepared foods, sandwiches, super soft and runny cheeses are available for local pick-up and delivery only and you will not see a Shipping option on the item page.

Within 1-2 days from when it's picked up at our store in Brooklyn, NY by FedEx. Unfortunately once we hand your package off to the carrier, possible delays, for weather or holiday volume, are out of our hands. The delivery window starts once the package is picked up by the delivery service, not when you submit your order.

We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes and do not have International shipping available on our website. If you’d like to place an international order, you can contact us at mailorder@bklynlarder.com.
