Sick Day Herbal Blend- Organic rose hips, raspberry leaf, lemongrass, lemon verbena, and hibiscus for immune support, cold and flu relief, and vitamin C. Try 3 teaspoons portions.

Golden Milk:  An Ayurvedic tradition featuring all organic turmeric, ginger, peppercorn, and coconut flakes. Known to be anti-inflammatory, support brian function and blood circulation, and provide stress relief.

Assam: Organic, hand sorted & rolled long leaf black tea from Dibrugarh, Assam India, grown with locally-sourced vermicompost and completely chemical- free. Known to be an antioxidant, improve focus, boost heart health, improves gut health, and regulate cholesterol. Caffeinated.

1 ounce containers for approximately 18-20 tsp servings each.

Preparation: Steep 1 tsp in 8oz of water at 212 degrees for 3-5 minutes, remove and enjoy.
