L’Amuse Signature 2-year Gouda

L’Amuse’s Signature Gouda is considered one of the best Gouda’s in the world, with its deep amber hue and nutty aroma. This cow’s milk cheese comes from a herd of Holstein Friesian cows in Northern Holland, then produced in Westbeemster and aged for 2 years. What sets the Signature apart from other Goudas is its hazelnut and burnt caramel notes that run alongside the sweet butterscotch and bourbon. Crystals run throughout the cheese for its classic texture.
