Central Coast Creamery Double Bubal Buffalo Gouda

The Jones family opened Central Coast Creamery in 2012 to make small handcrafted batches of cheese using 500 gallons or less of hormone free quality milk sourced from local dairies.  

Double Bubal is the first cheese of it's kind in the United States. It's made from 100% California Water Bufalo milk which has a natural sweetness and creaminess that when aged adds a unique nuttiness that is hard to resist. 

Water Buffalo milk is the most nutritious milk available for human consumption. It is 100% A2/A2 milk, which means it is less allergenic than A1 milk, it has double the Protein, double the Calcium, 40% more nutrients and it has half the Cholesterol than cow’s milk.
