Cremeux des Citeaux aux Truffes

A collaboration between storied affineur Rodolphe Le Meunier and Fromagerie Delin this decadent triple creme features a thick layer of Périgord Truffles. Essentially mini-Brilliat Savarin – these cheeses are bifurcated when they are young, stuffed with diced truffle and fresh cheese and then left to ripen, inundating the creamy paste with heady aromas and flavors of Périgord black diamonds.
