Grimm Artisan Ales

Grimm is Brooklyn’s finest producer of medal-winning IPAs, sour and spontaneous ales, lagers, stouts, and hefeweizens.  

• Everything's OK   -IPAbrewed with Mosaic, Strata & El Dorado hops, withs bright aromas of passionfruit, ripe berry, and gummy peach rings with calming, herbaceous undertones of damiana, chamomile & lemon balm. The fruit forward nose is complemented with flavors of bittersweet candied citrus peel, lemon Italian ice and white peach. Medium bodied with a lingering and tangy bitterness. 6.6% ABV
• Lumen- Beautifully hazed-up new school IPA. Juicy and soft with an aroma that catches your attention from across the room. Velvety mouthfeel, soft bitterness. Citra, Mosaic, Equinox, and El Dorado varietals kicking out a range of tropical flavors. 6.4% ABV
• Air Knife- This hazy IPA features Mosaic, Cashmere, and El Dorado — notes of passion fruit, mango, and fresh squeezed orange juice abound, with an undercurrent of grapefruit pith. Medium-bodied with a super smooth mouthfeel. 6.8% ABV
• Light Cone - Crisp, floral, and bright Pilsner.  This beer benefits from a slow pour to release some of it’s carb into a long-lasting, wiggly-jiggly foam stand.  Here’s how to pour it the best way, with patience!5% ABV
