"To get a crunchier, thicker, addictively tasty potato chip, we had to do a few things differently. First off, we’re lucky to have great soil here in the North Fork of Long Island, which means our potatoes have a field-fresh sweetness to them. We always cut them twice as thick for a more hearty potato flavor. Then we “kettle cook” the potatoes which makes them extra crunchy. Finally, we only cook with real sunflower oil and salt. Your order will ship via FedEx Two Day or FedEx Ground. Perishable items including chocolate in the warmer months are sent with ice packs.
Online shipping orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently there is a flat rate fee of $25 for all shipping orders. Cheese Club ship for free. If a gift basket is included in your order, your entire order will ship for free if the items fit in one box.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. We ship to every state in the U.S. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please contact mailorder@bklynlarder.com for international shipping options and rates.
