For four generations, the Recca family's name has been synonymous in Sicily with the artisanal production of fish. What began in the 1930's as a small family-run company is now one of the largest and most established packers of canned fish in Italy that remains single-mindedly dedicated to Mediterranean sourcing and traditional curing and packing methods.
