Roelli Cheese House is run by fourth generation cheesemaker, Chris Roelli, in Wisconson. His Haus Select comes from the best batches of cellar aged cheddar cheese, hand selected when it's at its best by the Master Cheesemaker himself. Haus Select has a robust flavor and meaty texture. The deep orangecolor comes from the addition of annatto. Enjoy the cave aged funky edible rind.
