Luisa Abram Chocolate Bars

Luisa Abram’s chocolate is made with wild cocoa, harvested from centuries-old trees in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil. Each bar highlights the distinct flavor profile from the river where the cocoa was harvested.  In all but one origin, the beans are harvested from wild trees with genetics untouched by cultivation.

  • Rio Purus Wild Cacao 81% - Made with beans native to the remote region of the Purus River, this bar offers a rich, intense and deeply immersive flavor of molasses, chestnut with a slight salinity. Winner of the bronze medal at the Academy of Chocolate Awards in London.
  • Rio Tocantins Wild Cacao 70% -Wild cacao grown on the banks of the Tocantins River near the city of Mocajuba. Luisa trained partners there in 2019 to ferment the beans and add value. This bar has citrus flavors with a taste of honey. 80 grams.
  • White Chocolate with Passion Fruit

We ship nationwide via FedEx via Ground or 2 Day Express. Shipping is free for subscriptions and orders $95+. All others ship for a flat $25 rate.

You may select Mon–Thurs ship dates at checkout; we may limit days as needed to protect perishables. Please note: you are choosing the ship date, not the arrival date.
