A Trappist-style raw goat’s milk cheese from La Fermière de Méan, a cooperative dairy farm in Belgium, Ciel de Chèvre is distinctly briney and grassy with some tanginess. The texture, developed over the six weeks it is washed with brine, is rich, supple, and tacky.

We ship nationwide via FedEx via Ground or 2 Day Express. Shipping is free for subscriptions and orders $95+. All others ship for a flat $25 rate.

You may select Mon–Thurs ship dates at checkout; we may limit days as needed to protect perishables. Please note: you are choosing the ship date, not the arrival date.
