One of France's most famous affineurs, Rodolphe Le Meunier comes from three generations of cheese producers from La Croix-en-Touraine. His expertise has earned him both the coveted title of Best Cheesemonger in France and the title of world's best cheesemaker. 

RLM Camembert is a balanced creamy pasteurized version of this classic surface-ripened AOC cheese from Normandy. Inoculated with more culture than brie, camembert often features a slightly more mushroomy flavor.
