New Year's Eve Cheese Platter | Catering

Ring in the New Year with the dessert cheese board of your dreams, featuring Cocoa Cardona, a pasteurized goat's milk cheese coated with a layer of cocoa powder from Carr Valley, Fior di Tiglia a raw cow's milk aged with honey from Caseficio Persia and Petit Gres d'Alsace aged in an Alsatian vineyard and finished with champagne.  Your cheeses are paired with chocolate covered almonds, a chocolate "camembert", crackers, honey and other sweet treats.
