Graft Cider employs century-old European traditions of using wild yeast and bacteria to ferment to dryness. They then harness the flavor profiles created from this style of natural cider and develop unique and innovative styles which take a nod from some of the best craft beer producers in the world. Birds of Paradise: A Polynesian inspired Moscow Mule cider with ginger, lime, hibiscus, & lavender. 6.9% ABV

Patchwork Sanctuary: A Riesling Tangerine Peach Cider that tastes like Peach Wine, Tangerine Zest, and Zingy Natural Wine. 6.9% ABV

Ceremony:A collab with Evil Twin Brewing. Yuzu Champagne Cider co-fermented with wild and champagne yeast on top of a yuzu emulsion and Riesling grape skins sourced from @brotherhoodwinery. Steeped with a silver needle white tea and ginger, white carbonated grape juice

Desert Rose:A seasonal Spring Paloma cider with grapefruit, agave and fizz. Part of the Green Planer Cider Series - 10% of profits are donated to philanthropies that protect and restore the Earth. 6.9% ABV

Far From Home: Alpine Negroni Cider that tastes like Spruce, Gin, and Citrus. 10% of sales are donated to One Tree Planted. $1 donated = 1 Tree Planted. 6.9% ABV

Lost Tropic: Citrusy, juicy, hop mimosa. 6.9% ABV

Salt and Sand: Mexcal Margarita Cider; Agave & Citrus 6.9% ABV

Farm Flor: Dry and tart oak-aged farmhouse cider. 6.9%A BV

Field Day: Fruity, fizzy, and pours peachy pink. Light floral notes accompanied by dried fruit and natural sweetness 6.9% ABV
