Stillwater Beers

Founded in 2010, Stillwater® is an original nomadic beer project that utilizes the traditional brewery as if it were a studio - a place where beer becomes a canvas for creation, collaboration, and experimentation. Try these flavors at BKLYN Larder: 

Business: A gratuitous imperial stout with muscovado and molasses. A smokey and serious offering.

Insetto: Dry-hopped sour ale brewed with Italian plumunique - rosé style.

Cellar Dry: Dry-hopped farmhouse wheat ale with jordinian sage teacleansing. Herbal and citrus notes.

Extra Dry - Japanese rice saison brewed with Citra, Hallertau Blanc and Sterling. 4.2% ABV

Dry White -A Sour Brut-Style IPA brewed with Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Glittery, glitzy, fun balanced with a hoppy edge that helps to edit the ensamble.
