Graft Cider

Graft Cider employs century-old European traditions of using wild yeast and bacteria to ferment to dryness. They then harness the flavor profiles created from this style of natural cider and develop unique and innovative styles which take a nod from some of the best craft beer producers in the world. Try these flavors at BKLYN Larder: 

Field Day: Fruity, fizzy, and pours peachy pink. Light floral notes accompanied by dried fruit and natural sweetness 6.9% ABV

Green Planet:10% of profits are donated to non-profit agencies that protest and restore the Earth and its inhabitants.

  • Summer - Salt and Sand:Agave Margarita Cider with notes of tequila, lime and salt. 6.9% ABV
  • Fall - Birds of Paradise: A Polynesian inspired Moscow Mule cider with ginger, lime, hibiscus, & lavender. 6.9% ABV

Shared Universe: A rotating offering resulting from a collaboration with Graft's favorite beer / wine / mead makers. 

  • Ceremony:A Yuzu Champagne Cider that tastes like popped natty Champagne, freshly squeezed yuzu, and ceremonial Japanese tea.⁠ Co-fermented with wild and champagne yeast on top of a yuzu emulsion and Riesling grape skins sourced from @brotherhoodwinery. Silver needle white tea and ginger with more white grape juice creates the final concoction.
