When mother-son team of Nancy Potter and Peter Potter Weber saw the explosion of specialty cheesemaking in their home state of Wisconsin, they decided there ought to be crackers made with as much care as the cheese. Thus, they created Potter’s Crackers. Hand rolled and made with Wisconsin flour and local butter and milk. Tasty without stealing the attention away from cheese or other toppings.
