Made by the cooperative Fromagerie de Mean in the Ardenne in the east side of Belgium, this raw goat cheese is washed with crushed coffee beans. It has semi-soft texture that is sometimes custardy soft and sometimes a touch more firm with a full flavor that's fruity, meaty yeasty.
