Somewhere between a khachapuri and a pizza lies BKLYN larder's newest Egg Bread.
Our favroite Franny's classic pizza dough is shaped into a tapered boat with an entire egg cracked atop a pool of salty, unctuous grana padana and arbequina olive oil, then carefully left to bake until soft and runny. A little Maldon salt and black pepper alongside some fresh green scallions.
