Fleur du vignoble du Grand Père Fischer, otherwise known as "Le Fleur" is one of those cheeses that just take your breath away. Made in the Northeast of France at a small dairy farm in the Vosges Foothills. The rind is regularly washed while ripening for a minimum of 2 months, then covered with a special blend of flowers: cornflower, marigold, safflower, and rose.
