From the island of Fuerteventura, part of the Canary Islands, made by a family-run dairy , Smokin' Goat uses Majorero goat's milk from local farmers.  It is naturally smoked over beech wood a week after production giving it a crowd-pleasing light smoke flavor that isn't overpowering.
