All of Tulip Tree's products are made by hand, using microbial rennet that is vegetarian-friendly, with milk from Country Meadows Farm, a sixth generation grazing dairy farm located in northeast Indiana. A majority of the herd at Country Meadows Farm are a2 producing.
Queen Anne's Lace is a Geotrichum Rind that has a rich and yeasty flavor with a very delicate texture. It can be used as a decadent dessert cheese and pairs well with honey, pears, apples, your favorite jam, chocolate and crusty bread. 6oz piece.
