We take HALF of a 12 lb turkey. We debone it, brine it, roll and stuff it with our signature pork stuffing. We cook it to perfection for a wonderful Thanksgiving meal of white and dark meat. The Turkey Roll arrives to your home cold so prior to reheating, allow it to come to room temperature. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Place the Turkey Roll in an ovenproof dish. Add 1 cup of water or stock to dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 25-35 minutes, uncovering for final the 10 minutes.
