Lunch: An “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance. 7% ABV

Fall:Milk Stout brewed with coffee .Aromas of dark chocolate, coffee, and molasses. Notes of cedar and pine. 5.6% ABV

Little Whaleboat:India Pale Ale. Aromas of mango, pineapple, grapefruit, and pine. Floral notes of rose and chamomile. Hops are Citra, Mosaic, Columbus, Talus. 6.5%ABV

Son of Sapping Mammoth- India Pale Ale. Born of a collaboration with Half Acre in 2014. This IPA has since become as legendary as the creature that first graced its label. With friendship in mind, the recipe has been refreshed to feature locally grown grains from Blue Ox and Maine Malt House  Bright tropical fruit (pineapple, guava), citrus (lemon, grapefruit), grassy, onion/garlic. Hops of Citra, Cryo Citra, Mosaic, Centennial, HBC 522
