Tuna Focaccia Sandwich

The best tuna salad sandwich you'll ever have.  We start with sustainably sourced white Albacore Tuna and Duke's Mayonaise and add capers and diced celery for salt and crunch seasoned with dijon, lemon and a bit of salt and pepper.  Then we top it with an olive tapenade made with chopped mixed olives, pickled veggies, banana and piquillo peppers.

We only use American Tuna which is certified by the Marine Stewardship Council, an international nonprofit with a mission to end overfishing and ensure seafood is caught sustainably. American Tuna is always harvested one by one, one fish, one pole, one fisherman at a time.
