BKLYN Larder Frozen Cookie Dough

Bake at home! Our house-made cookies are always a hit.  In fact, our cornmeal chocolate chip cookies are the top selling item in the whole store. (Don't tell Parm, we don't want to upset the King of Cheese.)

And now you can have your cookie fix any time you like.  

Our Classic Cookiesare sold in packs of 12 pre-rolled cookie dough balls.  They bake a little smaller than the ones in the store, but equally delicious.

• Cornmeal Chocolate Chunk: Flour, Light Brown Sugar, Granulated Sugar, Butter, Egg, Cornmeal, Dark Chocolate, Salt, Vanilla, Baking Soda.
• Ginger Molasses: Flour, Granulated Sugar, Grapeseed Oil, Molasses, Egg, Crystallized Ginger, Baking Soda, Ground Ginger, Ground Cinnamon, Salt, Ground Coriander Seed, White Pepper.

Our Shortbread Cookies pair with cheese for a sweet and savory bite and make a great snack for everyone in your household.  Sold in logs so you can choose your own thickness. Makes approximately 12 cookies.

• Chocolate: AP Flour, Butter, Dark Chocolate, Light Brown Sugar, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla, Baking Soda, Salt.
• Lemon:Butter, AP Flour, Powdered Sugar, Cornmeal, Lemon, Lemon Juice, Salt
• Rosemary: Butter, AP Flour, Powdered Sugar, Cornmeal, Rosemary, Salt
• Vanilla: Butter, AP Flour, Powdered Sugar, Cornmeal, Vanilla, Brown Sugar

Baking Instructions:

Shortbread: We suggest cutting 1.5 inch slices. If the slices break, just press them bake together.  Bake at 300 for 10 minutes, rotating once. Cool and sprinkle with flaky salt to taste.  Enjoy!

Classic Cookies:  Place on sheet pan, separated. Bake from frozen for 10 minutes in the oven at 325 degrees.
