In 1920, Charlotte and Antonin Chambonnière founded the “Nougat Diane de Poytiers” factory. Today, Charlotte's grandson, Frédéric Chambonnière, and his team continue the tradition. Its motto is to favor the use of local and authentic products such as honey and almonds in order to better control the quality of raw materials.
