Since 2010, Ben Rasmussen has made these award winning single origin bars in Woodbridge, VA.

Upala 70%: Made from cacao grown by a collection of smallholder farmers, then fermented and dried by Nahua Cocoa in Upala, Costa Rica. Rich and earthy with notes of nuts and coffee.
